Chairco wants you to be satisfied with your purchases and we provide as much information as we can so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. We will assist you with any return according to the following conditions: (excludes custom made/special order products)
- Returns on Standard ( non-custom*** ) must be sought within 48 hours. Returns must be in original, new, resaleable condition. Returns which have been altered, damaged e.g. dropped or broken will not be accepted back by Chairco. NB: Showroom sale or discounted items are non-returnable.
- For all return enquiries you must first notify us in writing by email: info@chairco.com.au
- In the case of goods received but found to be unsuitable and a request for a return is sought within 48 Hours of your receipt of the goods, we will honour this provided that the goods are in their original packaging and condition. The cost and responsibility of returning the goods to us safely will be borne by you. Please note that the shipping fee paid to us when you purchased the goods is not refundable. Please send the goods back securely packed to avoid transit damage.
- ​Returns incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
- In the case of faulty goods, (confirmed faulty by manufacturer) an arrangement will be made for the manufacturers agent to replace or rectify the faulty component.
- ***Special order products (e.g. custom furniture and custom colours) and clearance/discount items may not be returned or exchanged.​
